The Project: This project comprises the development of 44 number housing units and all supporting infrastructure within the existing live Rosemount Court Estate Dundrum.

 

The development includes:

• 12 no. 1 Bed Apartments

• 4 no. 2 Bed 2 Storey Units

• 27 no. 3 Bed 3 Storey Units

• 1 no. 4 Bed 2 Storey Unit

It provides for high quality much needed residential housing for this popular area of Dublin 14.

Our Role: To provide an extensive range of Solutions for this Project including the design development, fabrication and Installation of Stair Balustrades, Wall Handrails, Balcony Railings, Window Guards and Roof Terrace screens.  To work closely with the design and construction teams to develop an efficient and practical solution to compliment the Architects and Engineers requirements using both mild steel and timber.
