Project: Maryfield Nursing Home

The Project: This project involves the construction a five-floor nursing home building incorporating

70 ensuite bedrooms, day spaces, support spaces and associated ancillary spaces around two

courtyard areas. The site is bounded by the N4 on one side and the River Liffey on the other side.

The total new building area is approximately 5,000 square meters.

 

Our Role: We provided an extensive range of Solutions for this Project including the design

development, fabrication and Installation of Balustrade, handrails (incorporating Lighting and

cantilever canopies . We worked closely with the design and construction teams to develop an

efficient and practical solution to compliment the Architects requirements.
