The Project: This project comprises Part demolition of existing four storey building, construction of a new 5 storey senior citizen residential development of 29 no. apartments with balconies.

Our Role: To provide an extensive range of Solutions for this Project including the design development, fabrication and Installation of Stair Balustrades, Wall Handrails, Balcony Privacy Railings and Window Protection Guards.  To work closely with the design and construction teams to develop an efficient and practical solution to compliment the Architects and Engineers requirements using both mild steel and Stainless Steel.
