The Project: 19/20 Blackhall Street is situated in the heart of Dublin City Centre, just off Smithfield Square.  Smithfield is one of Dublin’s most historic quarters, dating back to the Viking era.  It is now a vibrant part of the city in close proximity to the Four Courts, the Law Society, the new DIT campus at Grangegorman, the Luas stop, bus routes, Heuston Station, universities and Henry Street shopping district.  Blackhall Plaza will comprise 37 ultra modern and high specification apartments designed for both the owner occupier and private rented market.  There are 17 no. 1 bed, apartments, 18 no. 2-bed apartments and 1 spectacular 3 bed penthouse.  Amenities for tenants include a generous Residents Lounge and a separate stand-alone fully glazed Hot Desk area in the courtyard.  Project finished at the end of 2020

.Our Role: Supply and Fit of Secondary Steel and Metalwork's  including Frame less Glass Balustrades to balconies on Central Atrium , Stair Balustrades and Wall Handrails, Apartment Entrance Railings and Gate, Mild Steel Powder coated and Glass Balcony Balustrades.
