The Project: This project involves the demolition of existing Mezzanine floor columns and replacement with steel structure to support existing mezz structure and form open Plan space for new offices with a net internal floor area of 132m2

 

Our Role: We provided an extensive range of Solutions for this Project including the design

development, fabrication and Installation of Structural Steel under existing Mezzanine floor, new Stainless Steel Handrails to Entrance Ramps, reconfiguration of the existing Mezzanine Stairs to suit the new office layout and Secondary steelwork to form new window and door opes.  We worked closely with the design and construction teams to develop an efficient and practical solution to compliment the Architects requirements.
