The Project:  This project involves the fitout of 2140m2 offices to Existing First Floor Building and the Installation of a new 290m2 Mezzanine Floor to facilitate the new Japan Line.

 

Our Role:  We provided an extensive range of Solutions for this Project including the design development, fabrication and Installation of Fire Escape Stairs, KAT Ladders, Mezzanine Floor (290m2) and the Installation of Structural Steel to the existing building to facilitate, door openings; sliding partition walls, service openings and new facades. We worked closely with the design and construction teams to develop an efficient and practical solution to compliment the Architects and Engineers requirements. In total there was 40t of Structural Steel Installed in this Project.
