The Project: This project involves the construction a five-floor nursing home building incorporating
70 ensuite bedrooms, day spaces, support spaces and associated ancillary spaces around two
courtyard areas. The site is bounded by the N4 on one side and the River Liffey on the other side.

 

Our Role: To provide an extensive range of Solutions for this Project including the design development, fabrication and Installation of Stair Balustrades, Wall Handrails, Canopies to Balconies, Structural Goal posts, Kat Ladders and Fire Escape Stairs.  To work closely with the design and construction teams to develop an efficient and practical solution to compliment the Architects and Engineers requirements using both mild steel and Stainless Steel.
